We believe reaching your goals isn’t about doing just one thing well – it’s about integrating movement and support to build a stronger, more resilient body and mind. Our mission is to empower every woman to feel strong, confident and supported in activewear that celebrates both her power and femininity.
We envision a world where every woman feels empowered. By redefining what strength means, we support women to move with confidence, lift each other up, and AMEL their full potential.
Krissy Cela founded AMEL Active in 2020 after she became a personal trainer and struggled to find flattering activewear that combined empowering colours with performance properties. She began by customising her own leggings and creating her own designs, before quickly realising there was a gap in the market for products made by women, for women who lift – and want to look good doing so!
